AW FASHION AD CAMPAIGNS

From Marc by Marc Jacobs to Versace, Can You ‘Ear Me? rounds up all the major fashion ad campaigns for Autumn Winter 2011 as they slowly reveal themselves this month.

Actress Elle Fanning- Dakota Fanning’s sister is the perfect face for the fashion brand. While Dakota Fanning fronts the fragrance ad for Marc Jacobs, her sister Elle fronts the Marc by Marc Jacobs campaign alongside Lowell Tautchin, shot by Juergen Teller.

With those big dolly eyes and innocent expression, she is the perfect candidate to front the 70′s inspired collection. It’s hard to believe she’s only 13!!!

 

 

 

Burberry

Shot by Mario Testino, the Autumn Winter 2011 for Burberry features new cast members Edie Campbell, Milly Simmons, Callum Turner and Cara Belevingne. Wearing head to toe burberry the brand truly reflects its British heritage and classy outerwear. Carried on from last season the military trend is still strong for Burberry. This campaign truly captures the poetic and romantic British Autumn Winter mood and stayed true with its british roots with an all British cast. Creative Director Christopher Bailey said this campaign was inspired by iconic British portraits and their own archive campaigns from the late 1960s.

 

Givenchy

 

Fronted by Naomi Campbell, Givenchy’s Autumn Winter Campaign saw her dressed in patent leather, clinched belts and panther prints for the french label’s feline-inspired collection. It was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. Givenchy’s creative director gave this campaign a dark and gothic touch and he saw the models as ‘dark 1950s pinups’.
